Abstract

부하별 사용량과 에너지 환경 센서 정보간의 상관관계 분석을 통해 빌딩별로 효율적 에너지 관리 체계의 지속적 관리 개선을 지원하고, 수요변동 추세 분석을 통한 수요 계산 정보를 제공하는 빌딩 에너지 정보 모니터링 및 관리 장치를 구축한다.
PURPOSE: A ubiquitous building energy management system based on intelligent power device is provided to limit power usage of the building by enabling power devices to calculate wattage to be used in the future. CONSTITUTION: A service manager(210) calculates an electric energy which intelligent electric power devices to be used in future, by using location information of intelligence power devices(261, 262), wattage used in the intelligence power devices, and operation environment information of the intelligence power devices. A control manager(220) uses a calculated electric energy and controls intelligent electric power devices. The intelligent electric power devices are installed inside building. The operation environment information is transmitted from one or more environmental sensor stations.
